    About the role<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with advertisers, covering all key aspects: technical setup of advertising campaigns, optimisation to meet KPIs, B2B communication and upselling activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • The role involves acting as the primary contact for partners in the gaming industry, discussing marketing strategies, conducting regular meetings and maintaining day‑to‑day communication, as well as supporting the technical aspects of campaign performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • In collaboration with the team, the specialist will participate in brainstorming sessions and various tasks aimed at deepening product knowledge and understanding user behaviour.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • The main objective is to ensure smooth campaign operations and continuously work towards achieving higher performance targets to support sustainable growth for partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Key responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Analyse and manage large datasets to optimise multi‑reward advertising campaigns.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with advertisers to ensure campaign success.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Communicate with advertisers to identify new opportunities and strengthen partnerships.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Onboard new advertising partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies to increase revenue.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Provide regular project updates and proactively address any arising issues.<\/span><\/span>

        Requirements<\/h3>
        • At least 1 year of professional experience in account management, sales or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul>
          • Strong sales and negotiation skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Solid analytical abilities and confidence in working with data and numbers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Understanding of mobile attribution models and campaign tracking mechanisms.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to continuous professional development.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, autonomous work approach.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Advanced English language proficiency (B2+ level, both written and spoken).<\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • Experience with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • Knowledge of common advertising models (CPA, CPI, CPE).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

            • Prior experience in the rewarded advertising sector.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
