Monitoring, Control and Compliance, Inc. (MCC) is a privately owned small business providing services to the solid waste industry. Founded by a former landfill gas technician in 2005 with two employees; and has since grown to approximately 65 employees utilizing a controlled growth strategy.
Our focus is the installation, operation and maintenance of landfill gas systems that are installed to reduce the emissions of Methane impacting our environment and provide for a “Green” energy source for our client’s end-users.

Core Functions
- Supports the construction, maintenance, and repair of pipeline infrastructure.
- Various manual labor tasks, including excavation, pipe handling, and site preparation, to ensure the efficient and safe operation of pipeline projects
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipeline systems, including the assembly and disassembly of pipelines.
- Perform excavating and trenching work using excavators, skid steer, offroad truck and other heavy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and position pipes and related materials using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, vegetation, and other obstacles.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools, such as jackhammers, compactors, and saws, following safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety meetings and training sessions.
- Provide support to skilled workers, such as welders and pipefitters, by holding materials, tools, and other equipment.
- Assist in inspecting pipeline systems for leaks, damage, or other issues, and report findings to the supervisor.
- General Labor Tasks: Perform other general labor tasks as required, including cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas.
