Emmetts is looking for a motivated HR & WHS Graduate to join our People & Culture team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate with a passion for health, safety and people who is ready to take their first step into a professional HR career.
Working closely with our Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle while supporting the delivery of People & Culture and Work Health & Safety initiatives across the Emmetts Group.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine HR and safety experience, while building the practical skills and knowledge needed to progress toward an HR Advisor career pathway.
You’ll work closely with leaders across our branch network, supporting both HR operations and safety initiatives that help create a safe, compliant and positive workplace for our teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working in close collaboration with the HR Team to address employee related matters
- Support the delivery of People, Culture and Safety Initiatives
- Assist the Workplace Health and Safety Specialist across our South Australian branches for WHS and RTW matters
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- A data led mind set with a passion for delivering insightful HR reporting
- A strong interest in Work Health & Safety
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to build relationships with staff across multiple locations
- Willingness to travel regularly (minimum 3 days per week) across our South Australian branch network
- Current Driver’s Licence
